急 ！有遇到过意大利铁路订票这样情况的么？

4.6号铁官网预定了佛罗伦萨到罗马的铁路，收到付费成功的短信打电话给银行也确认是成功的，但并没有收到邮件。发了封邮件给意铁结果今天回来这样一封邮件，再次打电话给发卡行了确认是已经扣费的了，有碰到这种情况的么？
邮件如下：Dear CustomerWe do apologize for the inconvenience. Due to some technical problems your transaction on 06/04/2015 has been denied but you haven't been charged. The amount of € 43,00 was reversed and will be available to you according to timing and terms that are out of the responsibility of Trenitalia.We suggest you to contact your issuing bank to have further information. No ticket has been issued.
