KLIA出了到达大厅还有TAXI柜台么？

请问，在KLIA（不是KLIA2），出了机场arrival hall之后，还能买到taxi ticket么？我知道在走出去之前有柜台，出了之后有不？多谢大神！

you purchase at Airport Limo counters at:1. International Arrival Hall (just after Customs, before the public arrival area)2. Domestic Arrival Hall (public area after Domestic Baggage Clearance)3. Domestic Baggage Reclaim, Arrival Level
为什么要出去买？不能走回去买？
