急求！！！黄石公园内的住宿是不是不能免费取

近日正在做美国黄石公园的攻略，看到很多攻略上说黄石公园里面的住宿都是可以免费取消的。
可是！！！正当我好不容易刷到一家lodge准备下单的时候看到了这样一句话！！！


Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, 2 days' notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit amount.You may cancel online or by calling our reservations office at +1.866+439.7375 or +1.307.344.7311. A $15 non-refundable fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations that occur 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellation smade within two days of arrival, the cancellation fee will remain at an amount equal to the deposit amount.


请各位亲着重看这句话：“A $15 non-refundable fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations that occur 30 days prior to arrival. ”

求问近日去过黄石的大侠们，黄石内的住宿现在是不是不能免费取消了T _ T 还是说如果30天之前更改预定，还是可以不收15刀的手续费？谢谢！！！！
