在Bravofly上订机票遇到问题！

订了春节从卡利波机场往马尼拉的机票 信用卡也扣了钱 但收到一份邮件 标题为Confirmation of transaction voided。内容大致如下：Dear ***,
Further to our previous communication regarding your Booking request, we would like to provide you with more information about why there may still be a transaction pending on your card.
When taking payment, we use a secure standard procedure called “temporary credit limit” where the amount the customer should pay upon Booking is simply 'frozen' and not withdrawn from the customer's available funds.
请问是不是机票订购失败呢？？？烦请各位大大解惑呀
