Cleartrip上预订印度火车票的手机号问题

一步步来，Cleartrip IRCTC都注册激活成功了，选好火车票准备付款的时候，卡在手机号那里了。照这篇攻略，国内手机号也是可以收到短信，而且这是非常重要的凭证。但我发现攻略里国家号和后面具体手机号码是连一起的，现在可能改版了，国家号和手机号是分开输入的，手机号栏只能输入10位数字，所以国内的11位手机号码根本无法输入。攻略里说很重要，所以又不敢随便输一个号码。发了邮件给Cleartrip，什么反应都没有。这个该怎么破？
