提交 160 表格遇到 application error 怎么办？

今天填写完 160 表格，最后提交的时候出现错误：Application ErrorAn unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required. To retrieve your DS-160 application, please enter your Application ID.
然后我每次进去的时候，想通过 application id 找回的时候，会弹出一个选框，有两个选项：
The DS-160 application you are attempting to retrieve has been submitted. Select an option below and click the "Continue" button.
- View Confirm Page
- Create a New Application
说已经提交了，然后选择是去 confirmation 页面还是重新建一个 application id. 每次选了 View Confirm Page 之后都会提示上面的 Application Error 这个错误。
我现在是重新填一遍，还是继续等？因为我这边提交了之后还没有看见过确认页面。也没有见到条形码之类的。
不过我后来试了一下，注册登录 “申请美国签证” 的网站，现在可以注册了，以前不能。
