IMM5257总是提交不成功是怎么回事

我用ADOBE READER 11 填的表，VALICATE之后成功的拿到了条形码，也没有提示任何红色区域，但是最后在CIC上传的时候总是失败，提示我表填错了，这种肿么一回事！！！提示如下：
Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.（尼玛哪里indicated了啊- -、、、、、）
Error Description: We are unable to validate your document at this time, please retry later.
