新加坡拒签，持马来西亚签证，是否能新加坡机

前几天办新加坡签证但昨天被拒签了，当初机票便宜所以买了是计划新加坡为第一站呆一两天而已，主要是走马来西亚泰国然后缅甸，马来泰缅签证都办妥，新加坡现拒签，如果我现在再买好新加坡到马来西亚的机票，坐飞机去新加坡不出境坐飞机去马来西亚是否可行？或者持马来西亚签证是否可办落地签？

新加坡针对我国游客的过境签，即是Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF)hi有条件的。 政策是这样的：
- Nationals of China (People's Rep.) and India can also transit, for up to 96 hours without a visa under the Visa Free Transit Facility (VFTF) on either the outbound or return leg of the same journey (but not on both). Leaving the transit area is allowed.
- Nationals of China (People's Rep.) and India may use the VFTF if holding a Residence Permit (still valid for at least one month) issued by Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, USA and United Kingdom.
中国和印度公民在新加坡转机飞往第三国家或者从第三国家飞抵新加坡转机时，如持有在96 小时内离境的有效续程机票，并拥有 澳、加、德、日、新西兰、瑞士、美、英这八个国家的长期有效签证（一个月以上）就可以申请96 小时免签证转机服务（VFTF）。
After using a single entry visa and the VFTF was not used on the outbound leg of the journey, the VFTF can only be used on the return leg with a direct transit through Singapore from the country that
issued the visa to the country of residence (e.g., SYD-SIN-PEK).
特别要提示的是，持有廉航机票的，原则上不在此列
- Transit passengers holding two separate tickets can transit without a visa, except when arriving/departing on a budget carrier. Budget carriers are: Air Asia (AK), Indonesia
AirAsia (QZ), Thai AirAsia (FD), Air India Express (IX),
Cebu Pacific Air (5J), Firefly (FY), Jetstar Asia (3K), Lion
Air (JT), Scoot (TZ), Spring Airlines (9C), Tigerair (TR)
and VietJet Air (VJ）
