transit pass at Malaysia

Dear All

I have a question on transit pass at Malaysia , pls give me the clear answer thanks !

I just booked 4 flights from KMG ( China ) to KL ( Malaysia ) 2015.10.12
KL to CCU ( India ) , 2015.10.16
COK( India ) to KL 2016.1.11
KL to KMG 2016.1.14

Can I apply free transit pass at Malaysia to visit have fun ( i will stay for 5 days , of course less than 120 hrs ) , then fly to India

when I come back from India to KL ( I will stay for 3 days , same less than 120 hrs ) , then fly back to China . Can I apply free the transit pass at Malaysia again since I want to shopping .

So I just need apply India Visa , no need Malaysia Visa right ?
