买俄铁火车票问题

昨在俄铁网上买了后贝加尔到赤塔的票，付款后2分钟收到银行信息，交易撤销。？再重新买了一次，可现在在网上查我的预定，没看到订单号啥的，下面有退款的显示，也不知票买成没？问了银行，第2次没退款。请大侠帮忙看看这是啥情况？先谢谢了！
