关于thalys上面订票的疑问

没登陆定的，之前注册了以后，说要激活才能登陆，也没收到激活邮件
输入完信用卡账号和保密码后
出来一行order reference：xxxxx
total charge ：xx€
beneficiary：4个英文字母


然后是隐约的信用卡号和日期


最后显示两行
you must now identify yourself.
please follow the instructions in the popup window


这个是预定成功了吗，我找我的ticket里面也没有 又要我登陆
我就是登陆不进去，我好惨啊。。请各位大神教教我怎么弄
