帮忙看看这个租车条款，泰国Avis的，谢谢

一般租车不都包含防盗险吗，我看条款的意思好像买了还要赔excess部分，不买难道车丢了赔个车？
Theft Protection (TP) helps the customer from responsibility of vehicle theft happened to the rented car. However, it is requested that the renter must park the rented car at the safe place and follows the term and condition of AVIS Thailand rental. Furthermore, the renter must not leave car key or properties in the rented car.
If the customer buys TP, responsible for excess for vehicle theft is depended on group car.
Group A, B, C, I, K, N is THB 8,000 per occurance.
Group E, F, M, P, L is THB 15,000 per occurance.
Theft Protection does not cover the cost the replacing the car if the renter/the driver is involved in the vehicle theft. Avis Rent A Car may require the renter and the driver to file report of the case to the police station. In case of car stolen with no TP* option, the renter and the driver will have full responsibility to all cost of replacing the vehicle and lost of business.
