从Taksim到Sabiha Gökçen Airport的机场巴士是不是没有

貌似是有另外一个公司的巴士了。

如题，根据游四海旅游锦囊了解到有两者之间的机场巴士。
但是，搜到的信息写着：
* We were forced to suspend our transportation services between İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport - Taksim - İstanbul Atatürk Airport because of the reasons that occours in the public annoucement.

1.这个巴士还有吗？
2.这是暂时的还是永久的啊？在土耳其啥叫public annoucement啊
3.有没有其他的方案，出去玩和去机场都比较方便的地点啊?
