我在洛杉矶好莱坞影城的官网订购了6张front of line pass放入了购物车，可是无论怎样都没找到支付端，请问是要去到现场付款吗？求指点。

我点check out完成billing info、delivery info及place your order后总出现这句话“We experienced some difficulties while processing your order. Please contact our
customer service department to verify the state of your order.”这到底怎么回事啊？

点checkout就可以支付了呀？点view cart，然后右下角那个黄色的按钮就是啦
