International Driving Permits
The State of California does not recognize an International Driving Permit (IDP) as a valid driver license. California does recognize a valid driver license that is issued by a foreign jurisdiction (country, state territory) of which the license holder is a resident.
The IDP is only a translation of information contained on a person’s foreign driver license and is not
required to operate a motor vehicle in California.

肯定是不可以的，美国不承认其他国家驾照的使用者。
香港驾照可以直接申请国际驾照，这样就能在美国合法租车了
香港公证啥呀 直接办国际驾照的。
我是内地的，只有香港永久居民才能申请国际驾照。
入境一年内可以，不过建议你查查具体每个州的规定。。。。。
