求教在德国学生证的折扣

在德国旅游景点Tourist Information 常看到Free and reduced entranceChildren and young people under 18, children at secondary schools and further education colleges are admitted free of charge, on production of their pupil identity card (or other document proving attendance at the relevant school). Students at language schools and adult education centres are not admitted free of charge.
请问这个学生免票是只针对德国/欧洲的学生吗？中国大学生可以享受吗？谢谢 :D
