瑞铁订购成功后，忘记打印电子票了，又找不到

有件闹心事情：我在瑞铁订了票，扣费了，它也有邮件告诉我订单号码了。但我忘记下载订单电子票的PDF了，这样怎么办呀？我回瑞铁官网，找半天没看到能通过输入订单号等信息可以找回电子票PDF的入口。。。那封邮件也没有任何关于票的时间什么的？跟其他个各种票的确认信都不一样。。。


信件的内容如下：


Dear Ms ***Many thanks for your order from the SBB Ticket Shop.Your order number is: ******You can collect the items you ordered at any staffed SBB station within Switzerland by quoting the order number issued *****. You must also show official identification.If you change or cancel or fail to collect your order, you may be charged up to 100% of the price.
