瑞安航空提早check in的问题

我们是6月11日和6月13日的机票，好像现在可以check in，但是看到下面一段话General Allocated Seats - Customers who don't wish to pay for an allocated seat can check-in online between 7 days to 2 hours prior to each flight and will be allocated a seat free of charge


是说如果在7天之外check in一定会被收3欧吗？
