英签新版护照复印哪几页？

新办的护照，白本，准备英签，看攻略都说复印首页和签证页，还有说最后一页。不知道到底需要复印哪两页？急求帮助！谢谢！

why not just photocopy all the pages with information? It will not be that difficult to bring a few more sheets
新版就首页就可以了。旧版才需要尾页的签名页。非加急不用复印签证页。
白本就复印首页（个人信息页）和最后有你签名的那页
首页和签名页，不需要签证页
