Hertz 租车问题，恳请各位高手解答

预计6月底意大利自驾，第一次在Hertz租车，之前收到了Hertz给出的确认邮件，今天邮箱内又收到一份邮件，内容如下：

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Rental Agreement number G19738102.

Unfortunately, your request could not be processed because:

Rental Agreement and Rental Pickup Date do not match

Please verify the data previously provided is correct and re-submit your request,or contact us at

Frequent_Travelers@hertz.com. Please include your Rental Agreement number, Rental Pickup Date,

Partner, and Frequent Traveler(FT) membership number. Remember to include all digits in your

FT membership number including those that begin with zero.

We appreciate your business and look forward to serving your car rental needs in the future.

但是登陆Hertz官网，我的订单状态仍是正常的，请问各位高手如何处理？谢谢
