我当初（2012年底）发邮件去问过。你也可以发邮件去callcenter@aeroflot.ru问。邮件回信如下：Thank you for contacting Aeroflot callcenter. If you purchase the ticket on www.aeroflot.com or any Aeroflot office, in the case of visa refusal, you can apply to the nearest Aeroflot office with original documents from Embassy, for full amount refund, regardless of the fare rules.
