关于伦敦oyster card 的几个问题求教坛内各位老大

我计划今年夏天带家人前往伦敦旅游，现在在阅读坛内各位关于oyster card的使用时发现有些事情没有搞明白，现在求教各位老大：
1、oyster card是在伦敦各火车站，地铁站都有买的吗？比如盖特威克机场呢？
2、oyster card在退卡时除了退押金外卡内余额是否也能退，是不是各个售卖点都能退？
3、如果你用oyster card刷卡乘车，然而等你到目的地时你卡内的余额已不够支付费用，会出现什么情况？出不了站，站内充值？售卖机冲值还是柜台？
4、前往温莎能使用oyster card里的费用刷卡乘火车吗？用卡买票？还是需要单独买票？

1 Only in Tube stations, not train stations (sometimes tube stations and train stations are next to each other, e.g., London Paddington)2 Yes--theoretically. Some places ticket officers may say, sorry, I cannot refund you now---either because of machine problem, or because they are bad3 The barrier will not open if you do not have enough credits in your card. You may be fined in this case.4 Not quite sure--- but the price will not differ for this journey.
1. Gatwick机场不算伦敦市内，不能买或退OYSTER CARD2. 是3. 没遇到过。。。保证余额充足不就可以了么？反正多出来的也可以退嘛。。。4. 单独买火车票。温莎不属于伦敦市内
