菲律宾航空机票确认问题

4月2日预订了4张单程票，有了确认码，网站显示已付款。但没收到银行扣款短信，邮箱没收到行程收据。第二天再去查预订，显示“We are unable to process your Booking online. Please contact our call center at: Tel. +63 (2) 8558888.”求解，谢谢。
