订了往返温莎的票，结果到确认页面才发现他们要把票邮寄给我留的UK地址（我留的酒店的），他们说第二天就邮寄，可我人要3月底才能住进酒店，已经第一时间发邮件让他们不要寄出改成站台自助取票了，但是没有回复，请问我现在应该怎么办？？
