off-peak票，如果d订票的时候预定了某个时间车次的座位，还能不能在off-peak时间随到随走的？

you can in both theory and practicebut, if you travel without the reservation, you may not find a seat--- usually the trains in the UK are quite empty though.
可以的，没有问题。只有advance票是车次、座位 限制。off peak，只要是在非高峰期所以车次都可以。
