Cruisedirect订票, boarding form及web check-in

各位前辈，我第一次在CD上订票，定的是COSTA从巴塞罗那出发的邮轮，我在CD网站上注册订票时填的是我美国亲戚的住址，而且订票时网站直接就全额付款了。现在收到客服邮件，确认收到全款，并写道：Please be aware that Costa requires passengers to submit immigration information prior to sailing. Please Note: the Web Check-in form can only be completed by residents of the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Dominican Republic and Venezuela. Residents of countries not listed will be provided a boarding form at the pier prior to check-in. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you go online as soon as possible to the following site to complete your immigration form. If there is a field that does not apply to you please be sure to enter N/A.
我按照链接登录到COSTA的官网，上面要填写乘客的信息。我填写的信息应该是和CD注册买票时的信息一致，还是应该填写中国的真实地址，还是要填写大家讨论中提到的CD的地址？
按照CD邮件里的说法，我是不是只能完成bording form而无法完成web check-in？还是说我提供一个美国的住址，就可以完成web check-in?
