Ubeda vs Baeza

I plan to go both places, one day each, and then go to Cazorla nature park, wondering which place is better to stay? ie, easier to go to Cazorla nature park, and easier to go to Granada.

The hotels on booking.com seems cheaper at Baeza and also Baeza seem to have train connection...but don't know how far is that train station to the old town.
