英国租车的问题

前两天向Enterprise电邮问了能不能用国内驾照加翻译件租车， 结果碰到个比较坚持的人， 一定要国际驾照。

You do have to meet our underwriting criteria as follows:The driver must be at least 25 years old for standard vehicles.The driver must present their Passport and Proof of return travel.The driver must provide details of address of where they are staying in the UK, such as hotel confirmation or address details for family or friends.The driver must display a valid driver’s license.The driver must pay with a valid credit or debit card in the drivers name. Note that Enterprise requests that an International Driving Permit is required with all Non European Licences if the Driving Licence is written in a language and / or in characters different to those of the renting country. 英国租过车的， 能不能推荐一下哪家租车公司比较好， 主要是考虑价格和中国驾照的接受程度上？
目前的选项有： AVIS, Thrifty, Hertz, Kendallcars, Enterprise.
