土耳其自驾在avis.COM租车one way fees 问题？

今天在avis.COM上下单租车，因为是异地还车有一笔 one way fees，在合计中计算过，可是打印订单的时候有一句话说这50多欧又不在合计中，瞬间不明白了。有知道的求答案。。
原话是One way fees is subject to tax in certain locations,this tax is not reflected in the estimated total.
