ICOCA&HARUKA好像不能预约了？

The Booking on internet is temporarily out of service now.

ICOCA & HARUKA of original design ICOCA 「the Wind and Thunder Gods」「Osaka Castle and Hello Kitty」are temporarily sold out. You can only choose the normal design ICOCA now although you can purchase ICOCA & HARUKA at Kansai-airport station.

You will be able to start Booking on the internet again from early February.


预约界面点进去是上面的文字，是只是两张特制卡没有了，但还是能在关西空港不预约直接买的意思吗？
