米兰酒店城市税问题

我定的酒店是入住付款的，免取消，入住为下年2014年4月。
大概在两个月前已预定（2013年10月份）。
但今天收到Booking.com一封关于米兰酒店城市税问题，说什么「city tax will become payable on reservations staying from 06/12/2013.」
那我现在要管吗？要付吗？
它那06/12/2013起，包括12月前的预定吗？
懊恼呀，请各位大侠帮忙看下：
＂Thank you for using Booking.com as your travel partner. Booking.com was recently informed by the authorities of Milan that a new city tax will become payable on reservations staying from 06/12/2013. This will apply at a different rate according to the type of accommodation. All guests staying overnight in Milan must pay this tax, from 06/12/2013. Unused valid reservations are also subject to the tax. It is the responsibility of the lodging industry to ensure that this tax is collected from all guests and passed to the city of Milan.＂
