英國如用卡買票就一定要有卡和証明是卡主才可拿票，因為怕是盜用別人的卡去買票。

不行，就算是去柜台人工取票的话也是需要买票的卡的

国外很多情况要求持卡人本人，要求信用卡和ID吻合。
