奥铁EN421次科隆站如何取票？

点红色的collect ticket后是相当于取票，必须到现场的自助机上(或人工窗口？)打印么？科隆站有奥铁的机器么？
还是点下面的“Print Booking confirmation”，然后带纸上车比较稳妥？

有同样的问题。因为的页面没有print ticket只有collect code，所以我就点了collect。不是很明白collect code十五分钟内失效的意思
发邮件问了客服，以下是回复：
That means that it takes about 15 minutes until it is possible that pick up the ticket at the ticket machine. For example if you would be right now in front of a ticket machine and collect the pick up code it could be that you have to wait 15 minutes.So the ticket will be in the system until you pick it up.
所以就点collect吧，十五分钟后code生效，可以取票的意思。但是得到机器上去取。

火车票不分是谁家运营的，ÖBB的票一样在自助机上取或者柜台人工打印，一定要打印纸质车票，因为上车不检票，基本是开车再查票
