德国 DB铁路退票问题

我在DB网站上买了两张正价票，用信用卡付的款，现在已经过了日期。想退掉，为什么没有选项可以退款啊？哪位老大教教我怎么退啊

如果没有任何折扣的话应该是可以退的，有手续费，在DB官网上是这么写的Tickets* can be cancelled online in the Booking review at "My Bahn" or in the order search. Refund charge: EUR 15.00
