为什么从dollar订的车要到hertz的柜台提车？

我今天刚从dollar下了个订单，是预计2014年1月31号在洛杉矶机场提车的，后来收到dollar的预定确认，其中有一个条款是让我到hertz柜台接受服务。
该条款是出现在“Your Car Rental Provider Rental Conditions” 中的第一条，“IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTICE:To offer our services to you at this location, your Dollar rental will be served by Hertz. Please follow directions to the Hertz counter.”
不知哪位朋友之前碰到过类似情况？不会到时提车时，dollar和hertz两家互相推脱扯皮吧？
