F1身份，visa已经过期因为两年没回国了，但I20是有效期内，请问可以参加吗？

Bahamas理论上不是F1免签国家的,是要求有绿卡才行. Panama,bermuda和costa rica才是F1可以入境的.但是因为个人经验, 飞机场有海关, 游轮下船海关形同虚设, 很多人都说游轮是可以免签的.

F1 visa holders- students may travel to The Bahamas on an expired F1 visa as long as the Form I-20 is valid.
The authoring officer from the institution attended must sign the back portion of the form. The form is valid for 1 year from the date of the signature.
