维也纳国家剧院买票的问题

刚在维也纳国家剧院买了12月17号晚上的歌剧票
选择了作为范围和敬爱个范围以后填写和提交了信用卡信息
最后跳出来一个bill confirmation 和voucher 两个页面 也看到了Booking code
但是信用卡没有收到扣款信息
另外这个页面下面有这么一段话

Information:If the minimum number of tickets you choose becomes avaliable in the accepted price range before your latest date of allocation, we will allocate tickets. Payment will be processed accordig to your Booking. Afterwards tickets can be picked up with the Booking code at the box offices or the evening box office. The Vienna State Opera charges a fee of 2,18 Euro for each allocated ticket from non Austrian residents.
这个allocation是出票的意思吗？ 那是不是代表这个还没有出票？ 这算是订好了吗？还是拿着这个Booking code的单子直接去票房那里拿就可以了？
