多订了一间63hotel，怎么办？？

我最早的时候在laterooms订了亚庇63的房间，收到确认订单。但是我没有在这网站上注册，回头查不了预定信息，而且也一直没有扣我的钱，所以我对于是否预定成功都不是很清楚。由于担心房源紧张，后来发现可以直接在酒店官网订，就在官网订了一间房，并同时扣了信用卡的钱。但是现在临近入住日期了，才收到拉laterooms的邮件而且扣了我的钱。怎么办啊，我到时能去63说明情况并申请退款吗？真是急急急急死人了~~~

CANCELLATION
POLICY
Any cancellation
must be made a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) before date of arrival by sending an
email to reservations@hotelsixty3.com.
If cancelled later
or in case of a no-show, 100 percent of the first nights room charge will be
forfeited. Refund of subsequent night stays will be performed 7 days after
check-out date.
All cancellations
will incur RM10.00 nett handling fee (per room/night) with a maximum capping of
RM50.
AMENDMENT
POLICY
Amendment to stay
date must be made a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) before date of arrival by
sending an email to reservations@hotelsixty3.com. All
amendments are strictly subject to room availability. Bookers are responsible
for additional charges incurred for room change resulting from amendments.
Refunds resulting
from amendment of Booking will incur RM10.00 nett handling fee (per room/night)
with a maximum capping of RM50.
Refunds will be
made within 7 working days upon receiving amendment notice. No cash refunds over
the counter will be given for all web Booking.
