关于瑞士自驾问题

在AVIS预定的租车，条款中有这么一条，要求在瑞士高速上驾驶必须要买sticker，我们准备从fussen开到interlaken附近，没看到坛子里面的人提到过，请问有谁比较清楚的？
Travel into Switzerland

All vehicles driving on Swiss highways must purchase a special tax
sticker (Swiss Hwy. Sticker). Cost is 40.00 SFR and is available for
purchase at the border crossings. Customer is subject to a fine of
100.00 SFR if caught without the sticker.
