Request refund for a cancelled flight

If your flight has been cancelled and you would like to request a refund you can do so logging in to My easyJet. We have provided a help guide, located at the bottom of this page, which can be used to guide you through the online request process. Please be aware that activation of this service should take only a few minutes however at very busy times it can take up to 3 hours.
You can only use this service if you originally booked your flight through the easyJet.com website. If your flight was booked at the airport sales desk or via our customer services team please contact us directly to process your refund. If your flights were booked through a third party, such as a travel agency, please contact the agency with whom you booked your flights.
