有关代传递160表格填写地点的问题 急 请各位大

请问 我在辽宁省，希望使用代传递业务，那么最开始选择的领事馆当然是广州领事馆，但是160表最后一个填写项 “ designated location ” : Select the location where you would like to submit your application. You should select the location of the Embassy or Consulate that is most convenient or nearest to you as you may be required to appear for an interview with a consular officer to complete your application process.

我是选择沈阳还是广州？ 如果选择广州，代传递后如果需要补充材料或面签，会不会被要求去广州？那就太远了。
