请精通英文的大神们来帮看一下cleartrip的退机票

原订好机票带个小屁孩国庆去印度，谁知道这小屁孩不知道哪里听到的负面信息，死活不肯跟我们去了。无奈只好给他退票。看到cleartrip一堆退票条款，对航空公司那边是怎样的退票费用看不明白
Cancellation rules & restrictions

In case of Round-trip fares partial cancellation is not permitted

Cleartrip classifies this as a Refundable fare
Cancellation Charges

Adult: only Rs. 1850.0 will be deducted
Child: only Rs. 1850.0 will be deducted
Infant: only Rs. 0.0 will be deducted

Infant fares are fully refundable.
ReBooking allowed with penalty of Rs 1850/- if booked in same class plus the difference of fare (if any) will be charged.
Cancellation within 10hours of departure is considered as No Show.
Given cancellation/reBooking charges are aplied from travel on after 24th Sep’12, irrespective of Booking date.

The cancellation/reBooking charges given above are levied on a per-passenger per-flight basis.

Over and above the airline cancellation charges, We will levy Rs. 500 per passenger per flight if you cancel it online from your Cleartrip account.
