www.raileurope.com确认订票成功的时间是多长？

我已经等了4天了，在处于Confirmation in Progress


事情缘起是这样的：要买一张巴黎到日内瓦的票，其实在法铁官网就可以买的了。但是当时脑子一根筋了，就直接在www.raileurope.com注册了个账户就买了。是我先生操作付款的，具体付款过程我也没注意。最后用信用卡付了钱完才知道，只是Booking成功，但预订确认还需要时间。
email发到邮箱也是这么写的：Thank you for your Booking.
We know you can't wait...we are working on your Booking!Please note:
We are currently unable to complete the Booking for one or more products in your cart. We are attemptingto issue your tickets as requested. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you to propose alternate options.
Your credit card has been pre-authorized for the amount quoted. However, it will not be charged until your entire Booking is confirmed. 打了www.raileurope.cn的400电话，接到香港，被告知说他们查不了北美网站的账户信息。难道要联系美国那边的服务电话？
各位大侠有了解情况的吗？我真觉得订票前自己脑子怎么就抽了呢
