提前一个月取消美国的酒店预订，会被扣除押金

之前借用朋友的信用卡预订了美国的一家酒店，被扣除了一天的押金（当月明细里并没有这笔催款）。但是，最近取消了预订，不知道这个押金会不会返还。酒店的退订说明政策如下，我不是很明白，好像是说预订了就要扣除一天的没用？

Policies: A valid Credit Card will be needed to complete the Booking. One night non-refundable charge at time of Booking. Cancel within 72 hrs prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 1 nt deposit. Within 24 hours will be charged entire stay Non-refundable one night charged at the time of Booking. If cancelled this fee is non-refundable. If entire Booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date, the entire stay will be charged for room and tax at confirmed rate.
