dollar uk租车成功，信用卡扣款成功，邮件咨询问

请教各位quer，这样应该是租用成功了吧？而且信用卡钱也扣了。后来想到有几个问题要咨询，就发邮件到了那个prepaid.internetcustomerservice@dtag.com的邮箱，结果得到的回复是找不到这个预定，超级无语啊。


请问有朋友碰到过这样的情况吗？下面是dollar的邮件回复:
