伏林航空（vueling.com）已答应给我退税，大概需要

由于旅行未成行，向vueling申请了退税，也已邮寄回复我可以退税，是6.21回复我的，可是现在仍未到账，再发邮件也没有回复，大家知道咋回事么？口语不行打电话费劲啊~以下为邮件内容~：
