申根应该申挪威还是冰岛？

请问各位。我8.6从北京出发在法兰克福转机到挪威，8.10从挪威出发到冰岛，8.16从冰岛再回到挪威，8.17离开挪威。应该申请挪威还是冰岛的申根签？17号是下午13点飞机离开挪威。
按天数算，挪威5+2=7天，冰岛也是7天。
按住宿算，挪威住宿5天，最后一天从挪威离开，冰岛住宿6天。
按小时算，（我真的这么做了呃），挪威117个小时，冰岛136个小时，比挪威多19小时。
求问该申哪里？？？

应该申请挪威的申根。
