关于越南航空信用卡持卡人不能同行，越南航空

给越南航空发了邮件，谁能给翻译下不。
You can buy another replaced ticket at the Tan Son Nhat airport or any main Booking office in Vietnam with same information (name, flight date, flight time, price...) as the current online one, then you can email us to refund the online ticket to the card holder's account (without fee)
Please send us ticket from Ho Chi Minh to SiemReap to check (if you have). If not, you can ask your son to buy that ticket for you, then you can repurchase another replaced ticket with same procedure as informed above in Da Lat Booking office, then request to refund the online ticket to card holder's account. 如果要查信用卡，机场没通过，我是否可以当场办理退票，然后以相同价格再买一张。退票是当场申请，还是事后用邮件申请退款？
