关于布拉格到维也纳火车票，检票敲章的问题

移到东欧版来了，
好吧，又是捷克火车票的问题，网上订票，从布拉格到维也纳。仔细研究了官网，上面9.6条说： If the passenger has purchased an eTiket document to a destination abroad, he or she is required to have it stamped by ČD train personnel or at a ČD ticket counter in the station prior to crossing the international border (i.e. no later than before the border station or at the border station); otherwise, the travel document is invalid.就是说国际车票需要在出境前敲章，要么就是人工敲章，要么就在柜台敲章...有人试过这么做么？是不是要敲章的？（后面有一条说德国的不需要敲章）。电子票没有要求敲章的呀我之前都没试过....完全搞不懂是怎么回事啊...
