关于道乐英国租车

我在道乐英国租车，点击付款时，我想使用美国的debit卡，可是我用Bank of America 和 citizens bank的卡都不行，显示为：cannot process credit card, payment not authorized by credit card company,请问有没有遇到同样问题的，如何解决，谢谢。
